I feel compelled to write this note of sincere thanks highlighting a member of your staff who is a true ambassador for the company. I had replacement windows, doors and guttering fitted last year, however recently I have had a problem with the front door. I put off doing anything about it as my Mam who lives with me and is 86 years old is in hospital for the past 9 weeks with advanced stomach cancer. However the problem became worse and I spoke to Ciara in your office yesterday morning and arranged to meet the fitter at the house at lunchtime. The fitter was Matt Ennis. And may I say that at a time when we may feel all decency and old fashioned values have been lost, Matt is proof that the good guys are still out there, I apologised as he was called from another job to come to me, and his whole demeanor of complete understanding and empathy was heartwarming. He sorted the problem and my door is now fine again. I just wanted you all to know that it is staff like Matt who will carry us through these difficult times.
