Senator’s range of all glass doors have been developed to provide the ultimate in energy insulation and security. They allow natural light to flood the room and give an unrestricted view of the garden.

Our glass patio doors feature highly secure hook locking with a choice of double or triple glazed glass panes. All doors are equipped with an easy-slide mechanism that is a pleasure to open and close.

Glazing standards

All Senator glazed doors come either double or triple glazed, again manufactured to the highest specifications and standards. Double and triple glazed sealed units have low ‘E’ and low iron glasses with either Argon or Krypton gas. Both have warm edge technology to stop cold/heat transfer around the edge. Senator take your safety seriously and to that end fit toughened glass in all door units, Laminated glass can be supplied in areas that are prone and at risk of vandalism. There is a full range of solar control and privacy glasses available. All types of doors are available to inspect in our Santry showroom. Sliding glass patio doors

Sliding Patio doors in glass are available from Senator in both PVC and aluminium are suitable for use outside an entrance door or at the rear of the house if space to open in or out is restricted. Senator recommend their use if the door is to be used infrequently as there is more glass area than a similar size french door. They are available in two, three or four leaf systems in single or dual colours and have Senators renowned bolt locking systems with anti lift security devices. The aluminium doors are available in either straight sliding or lift and slide.So sit down and enjoy the view!

Glass french doors

Senator French doors are available in both PVC and aluminium and can open in and out. They are our most popular doors and there is a dramatic effect when both doors are fully open. This is particularly so when the width is up to 2 metres in width and brings the ‘garden into the room’! Available in Senator’s wide range of single or dual colours including the contemporary greys, there’s something for everyone! Security is provided by our ‘state of the art’ mortice claw locks. Sidescreens can be added as well if the width is over 2 metres. Stunning doors that will add a touch of class to your home!

Bi-fold glass doors

Bi-fold glass doors, also known a folding or concertina glass doors are available in aluminium only. Senator have developed their system to incorporate the very latest in style and technology and are ideally suited to today’s wall to wall and floor to ceiling fashion. Excellent as a room divider as well, up to six leaves can to stack to the sides giving a clear unobstructed opening. A brilliant system that has to be seen to be believed!

Glass Back doors

Senator’s back doors are available in both PVC and aluminium, are extremely robust and come in a wide range of colours and colour combinations. All have claw type mortice locks and can open either in or out.
